Barnflakes shop now open
When one (barn) door closes, another opens. The group exhibition Unfamiliar Territory ended a week ago but the Barnflakes Shop is now open for business (see below). I will be adding items on a regular basis; for now there are prints, postcards and the book Welcome to St. Decay. I still have an Etsy shop too.

Cornwall as it’s never been seen before, in glorious infrared. Welcome to St. Decay celebrates Cornwall’s mining heritage through a lurid colour palette.
Taken over a six-month period walking and cycling around the Cornish countryside from St. Agnes to St. Austell, the book explores nature’s gradual but inevitable reclamation of the man made, focusing on abandoned engine houses where ivy climbs the chimneys and walls. For me, these engine houses are as grand and beautiful as any cathedral or castle and deserve to be celebrated.
All photos were taken by me with an infrared camera and I designed the book too.

It’s funny that my

A 32 page, A5, fully illustrated book of poems about thighs. Yes, thighs.
Pulp Poetry started life as correspondence between Joy and myself sometime in 1995. We could never remember who, what or why we started writing poems about thighs to each other. Some might have even called it bizarre. But the poems proved so popular that (three) other people contributed. These poems formed the basis of the anthology Pulp Poetry featured in Joy’s now legendary art exhibition / happening, Much Ado About Nothing in September 2000. The poems and book lay dormant in their somewhat amateurish state until some years later when the creators thought it needed a redesign and reissue. It was finally printed professionally (previously, the only few existing copies were printed on home inkjet printers) over fifteen years after we starting sending them, in memory of Joy Bedford. She will be dearly missed by many.
A personal, architectural, photographic and cultural guide to the Grade II-listed Alton estate in Roehampton, London, where I lived many years ago. Contains over 100 photos.

The Homeless Movies DVD contains 46 films and videos created over 20 years and includes award-winning adverts and documentaries, home movies, music videos, self-indulgent student films and travel documentaries. The box set also contains a booklet and a selection of postcards of film posters.
