Entrance Planet Kernow
First images transmitted from Planet Kernow, a hitherto unexplored region of the galaxy. Explorer X-136706, a female, is the first earth human to explore the harsh yet garishly colourful environment, which contains a surprising amount of flora and fascinating, overgrown remains of architecture from an unknown civilisation. Commentators have already noticed similarities between Planet Kernow and a county in South West England, UK, Earth, known as Cornwall.
X-136706’s mission is to observe, explore, photograph and collect samples from the planet, including plant and mineral. She has yet to encounter any wildlife, human or otherwise. The striking colours of the region seems to be due to infrared light being visible to the human eye, a unique phenomenon to the planet.
